Climate change and reduction of cultivated areas in the south have led to gourd crops now being grown throughout the country. But 2025 proved to be challenging — unstable weather, temperature fluctuations, and lack of moisture seriously affected plant growth and development.

To preserve the harvest and improve its quality, systematic support through foliar feeding is necessary.

Based on years of research and trials, we recommend an effective foliar feeding scheme from ECOORGANIC:

1. Phase 2–3 leaves (gourd formation): ECOLINE Complex Universal Growth (Amino) – 1.0–1.5 l/ha, ECOLINE                    Phosphite (K) – 1.0 l/ha - Growth stimulation, protection against fusarium and powdery mildew

2. 2 weeks before flowering:  ECOLINE Boron (Opti) – 1.5–2.0 l/ha  - Support for the root system, effective flowering and pollination

Beginning of fruit set:  ECOLINE Complex Magnesium (Chelates) – 1.5 l/ha - Photosynthesis support

3. When the berry is the size of a chicken egg:  ECOLINE Phosphite (K-Amino) – 1.0 l/ha ,  ECOLINE Boron (Organic) – 1.0 l/ha - More sugars, denser structure, better taste

At any phase under stress: POLYACTIVE Boost – 1.0 l/ha - Recovery, regeneration, new impulse for growth

The result — better development, higher berry quality, increased resistance to stress and diseases, balanced nutrition even in difficult conditions.
