Soybean is one of the best precursors for most crops in crop rotation, enriching the soil with available forms of nitrogen. The process of nitrogen fixation in symbiosis with the nodules begins in the phase of two trifle leaves. As a result of the breakdown of the triple bond in the N2 molecule in the root system of soya, oxidized forms of NO2 and NO3 nitrogen begin to accumulate, which, for plant digestion, should be transformed into reduced forms of NH3 and NH2. Such a transformation occurs under the action of enzymes nitrate and nitrite reductase.
Molybdenum is an integral part of these enzymes, and therefore sufficient nutrition of soybean plants with molybdenum during the course of the nitrogen fixation process is an important condition. The deficiency of molybdenum is most often manifested in light soils and acid soils of gray forest and black soils. To eliminate this problem, ECOORGANIC proposes to use micro-fertilizer ECOLINE Molybdenum (Complex), which is used for the extra-root nutrition of legumes from the phase of 2 true leaves to budding at doses of 0.5 - 1.0 l/ha.
The area of soybean has expanded during last years and the soil conditions are not always optimal, so the crop can display deficiencies of other trace elements, iron in particular. Symptoms of iron deficiency appear on the leaves of soybean in the form of intermixed chlorosis. This shortage is often the result of a complex violation of plant development on soils with alkaline reaction and (or) high concentration of salts in the soil solution. The manifestation of chlorosis may be aggravated by over-condensed, percolated soils and in cold condition. The imbalance of mineral nutrition conditions leads to decrease of yield and its quality. To eliminate the possible manifestation of the deficiency of this micronutrient, we suggest using ECOLINE Iron (Chelate), which is used for foliar application till the beginning of bud formation at doses of 0.5 - 1.0 l / ha.
Filling of buds, and therefore the yield of soybeans depends on the completeness of pollination of flowers, and therefore at the beginning of budding phase boron application is recommended. We offer, depending on the state of plants and weather conditions, to use ECOLINE Boron (Premium) or ECOLINE Boron (Organic) at doses of 0.5 - 1.0 l / ha.
It is important to fertilize plants at the beginning of the branching, which coincides with the beginning of the formation of beans on the main stalk. Climatic conditions at this time are often unfavorable - with a lack of moisture, high temperatures that can cause stress. In order to fertilize soya during this period, ECOORGANIC recommends special fertilizer GROS Quitcelium 1.0 - 1.5 l / ha. This fertilizer contains a complete set of trace elements, a balanced ratio of phytohormones and amino acids. Due to their influence, the effect of stress factors on the plant is mitigated, which contributes to the improvement of pollination processes, reduction of abortion of flowers, formation of higher number of beans on the plant and, accordingly, increase of the yield.
During formation of grains in the beans, the plants require enhanced nutrition with nitrogen, balanced by other macro and microelements. Foliar nutrition with 5 - 6% Urea solution in combination with ECOLINE Leguminous (Chelates) in a dose of 1.5 - 2.0 l / ha will significantly help soybeans to form the beans and fill out the buds. At the fields damaged by spider mite, along with acaricide it is recommended to apply ECOLINE Magnesium (Chelates) at a dose of 1.5 - 2.0 l / ha to stimulate the recovery of chlorophyll and intensify the process of photosynthesis.
