Why is it important to fertilize soybeans during crop formation?
The second half of the growing season of soybean plants is aimed at active flowering, binding, fixing of beans and their pouring. The main volume of nutrients is directed to the formation of the crop and its quality. This period is decisive for establishing the level of crop yield, taking into account the level of nutrition with the necessary macro- and microelements. Therefore, timely feeding is important.
During the formation of beans, the necessary elements for soybeans are potassium, boron, molybdenum, zinc and cobalt. Deficiency of these elements can lead to decrease in the intensity of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition, nitrogen fixation, photosynthesis, decrease in yield and protein content.
- Starting from the flowering phase, it will be advisable to make ECOLINE Bor (Opti) normally 1.5 l/ha.
- During the formation of beans, it is necessary to fertilize with a complex fertilizer ECOLINE Beans (Chelates) 1.0-1.5 l/ha in combination with ECOLINE Phosphite (K) 1.0 l/ha.
- If the plants show signs of stress, the best solution to overcome the consequences will be to apply an anti-stress agent ECOLINE Universal Growth (Amino) normally 1.5 l/ha.
